At KreyoShop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Products with missing packaging, accessories, or tags

  • Minor color or size variations due to photography or device display

  • Items purchased during clearance/flash sale (non-returnable unless defective)

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., food containers, cleaning cloths, personal care tools) if they are opened

3. Return Window

All return requests must be made within:

  • 48 hours for damaged/defective products

  • 24 hours for wrong items

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To start a return, follow these steps:

    • Product Name

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup/return instructions

After inspection, we will confirm whether you are eligible for:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

5. Replacement Policy

A product will be replaced if:

  • The defect is verified

  • The original product is returned in unused condition

  • All accessories and packaging are included

If the replacement product is out of stock, we may offer:

  • Refund, or

  • Store credit of equal value

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • The product is defective beyond use

  • The wrong item was sent and replacement is not available

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) service charge is non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (damage, defect, wrong product),
    KreyoShop covers all shipping costs.

  • If the customer changes mind or misuses the product,
    customer must pay return shipping.

(“Change of mind” returns may not always be accepted.)

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if:

  • It has not been shipped yet

  • You contact us immediately after placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show:

  • Signs of misuse

  • Intentional damage

  • Dishonest claims

  • Missing components
